Keeping things fresh, relaxed and seasonal, Lawn Café is a welcome taste of home on Auckland's glamorous Viaduct Harbour.

Mosey on down any day of the week and Lawn will whip you up something unpretentious and tasty. It's a great little spot to enjoy a long and lazy lunch or a quick bite on the go. Decked out with modern seating against a refreshing white backdrop and beautiful shrubs and ferns, Lawn is just as energising and spacious as its namesake.

They've made delicious brunches their calling card. As well as all the essentials you might expect like eggs on toast, ham hock, sourdough and baked beans, they're also pushing the boat out with homemade crumpets which will have you falling in love with these breakfast goodies all over again. Fluffy, buttery and oh-so-good, their crumpets are adorned with anything from lemon curd to smashed pumpkin, feta, eggs, coffee jam and mascarpone. They're perfectly primed to be a sweet or savoury indulgence.

Of course, brunch isn't brunch without some caffeine to wash it all down with. Opt for a freshly-ground coffee or tea if you need the energy rush, or side with homemade kombucha, fresh juice or smoothie if you'd like something more refreshing. Alternatively, if a lazy afternoon is on the cards, you can always welcome it in the later hours with an Aperol Spritz or bottle of wine!
